Why ROW exists

Care shouldn’t be fragmented. ROW’s connected continuum helps individuals, families, and referral partners understand how services work together and consider the level of support appropriate to the person’s needs.

Pediatric strength within a broader continuum

ROW serves children, adolescents, and adults, with especially strong pediatric capabilities. Developmentally appropriate treatment, caregiver involvement, and school coordination are central to the pediatric approach. Pediatric Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services provide dedicated pathways for children ages 5–13.

Understanding the whole child

Children should not have to choose between mental-health treatment and being understood. ROW’s neurodevelopmental and behavioral expertise informs care for autistic and neurodivergent children alongside psychiatric treatment when needed.

Mindset. Resilience. Transformational Growth.

This philosophy sits alongside ROW’s commitment to coordinated, individualized care. Treatment focuses on meaningful goals, sustainable skills, and thoughtful next steps for individuals and families.
