Psychiatric, therapeutic, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental care—connected across levels of care for children, adolescents, and adults.
Mental health, behavior, development, family life, and school functioning are deeply connected. At ROW Psychiatric Services, we bring multiple areas of expertise together so individuals and families can receive the right level of care without navigating disconnected systems on their own.
The right care. At the right level. At the right time.
Developmentally appropriate psychiatric and therapeutic care, from outpatient services through intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization.
Neurodiversity-affirming behavioral and mental-health support designed around the child’s strengths, communication style, developmental level, sensory needs, and individual goals.
Outpatient psychiatry and therapy, intensive outpatient care, and interventional treatment options for individuals who need additional support.
Care works better when psychiatric, therapeutic, behavioral, and developmental expertise are coordinated rather than separated. ROW is built around a connected continuum of care so treatment can match a person’s needs as they change.
For children whose psychiatric and neurodevelopmental needs overlap, that means receiving mental-health treatment while also being understood in the context of communication, sensory, developmental, behavioral, family, and school needs.
ROW’s pediatric Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) are designed for children ages 5–13 who need more structure and clinical support than traditional outpatient care can provide while remaining connected to home and community.
Our model is intentionally developmentally appropriate for younger children and emphasizes psychiatric stabilization, emotional regulation, coping skills, family involvement, school coordination, and thoughtful transition to the next appropriate level of care.
Autistic and neurodivergent children can experience the same anxiety, depression, mood symptoms, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and psychiatric crises as other children—but they may experience and communicate distress differently.
ROW’s interdisciplinary model brings mental-health and neurodevelopmental expertise together so treatment can account for communication, sensory, behavioral, developmental, and environmental needs. This includes neurodiversity-affirming psychiatric PHP/IOP with interdisciplinary autism and behavioral expertise. The psychiatric condition drives the level of care; the child’s neurodevelopmental profile informs how care is delivered.
The goal is not to make a child appear neurotypical. The goal is to understand the whole child, treat the psychiatric condition requiring care, support meaningful participation, and help the child and family build sustainable skills and stability.
Different moments call for different levels of support. ROW connects care across a continuum so families and professionals can identify what fits now—and understand what may come next.
Prevention & Early Intervention → Outpatient Psychiatry & Therapy → Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) → Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Autism and neurodevelopmental expertise can support care across this continuum rather than functioning as a separate silo.

ROW supports adults through outpatient psychiatry and medication management, therapy, intensive outpatient care, and applicable interventional psychiatry options including TMS and Spravato.
Specialized programs such as Brave Bites, Little Learners, social and emotional skills programming, and school/community partnerships extend ROW’s pediatric continuum with focused support for specific developmental and functional needs.
ROW partners with hospitals, crisis programs, pediatricians, schools, therapists, county systems, and community providers to help children and adults transition to the appropriate level of behavioral-health treatment.
Our professional referral pathway is designed to make referral criteria, program contacts, forms, and resources easy to find.
