Meet Grace, M.S. Clinical Mental Health

Grace earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University.

As an outpatient therapist, Grace strives to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She approaches each client with empathy and compassion while recognizing each person’s unique strengths and
experiences. Grace has experience providing individual counseling and facilitating adult IOP groups using Dialetical Behavior Therapy.

In her practice, she draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT) and DBT to support each client’s needs and goals. Grace is passionate about helping clients identify patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and better manage emotions and life’s challenges. She believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and is committed to helping clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and move toward their goals.
