Meet Michele Chubb, LCSW – Program Director

Michele  has dedicated her career to the mental health field since 1995 and remains passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and the communities Row Psychiatric Services serves. As Program Director, Michele oversees the operations of the organization’s outpatient programs, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality, and accessible behavioral health care.

In her leadership role, Michele provides clinical supervision, oversees program compliance and quality improvement initiatives, and is committed to enhancing the patient experience through a strong focus on customer satisfaction. She also leads community outreach efforts and develops partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, organizations, and local agencies to expand access to mental health services and strengthen community support.

Michele earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English and her Master of Social Work from Widener University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Her clinical expertise, combined with decades of leadership experience, enables her to support providers while helping the organization continuously improve the quality of care it delivers.

Throughout her career, Michele has believed that exceptional mental health care begins with compassion, collaboration, and strong relationships. She is passionate about mentoring clinicians, developing innovative programs, and creating systems that allow both patients and staff to thrive. Although she no longer provides direct therapy services, Michele remains deeply committed to advancing the mission of Row Psychiatric Services by supporting its clinical team, fostering meaningful community partnerships, and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.
