Meet Michele Chubb, LCSW

Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety or relationship issues? Do you feel like you are stuck or in a spiral? Have you had trauma in your life? Do you feel like you have no one to talk to or that no one understands what you are going through? I can help with these issues and more.

I offer a safe and accepting environment while using an eclectic approach that best fits your individual needs and strengths. I take the time to listen and understand. We will also take the time to develop the therapeutic relationship which is key element to successful therapy.

I draw on a range of therapies that will best support you in your change and growth. Our therapy will be what is most effective for you to heal.

My strengths are in dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field working with children and adults.

Life is stressful and we can all use extra support. You do not have to go through your struggles alone-there are people who can help you. I believe that change is possible and we will work together to achieve the life that you want to live. The first step is to reach out.
