Cancellation Policy: To avoid avoid a cancellation fee of the full price of the visit, notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
- Evaluation = $350
- Medication Management = $200
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) = $400/day
- Therapy = $150
