She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals by addressing not only emotional well-being but also the practical barriers that can impact mental health.

She believes lasting growth is most achievable when individuals have access to the support and resources they need to meet their basic needs while developing the skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

She integrates DBT with other evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and experiences.

She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and specializes in treating anxiety, chronic illness, life transitions, trauma, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. Allison is also a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist and has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through school, behavioral, and emotional concerns.

Allison earned her Master of Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has been practicing for over six years. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is committed to providing high-quality, collaborative care that helps clients build healthier relationships, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting, positive change.
